2. Eligibility and Enrollment
2.1 Age and Capacity
Participants must be at least 18 years old and possess legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information provided during registration is accurate.
2.2 Program Prerequisites
Certain programs require specific professional experience or educational background. You are responsible for ensuring you meet stated prerequisites before enrollment. Misrepresentation of qualifications may result in enrollment cancellation without refund.
2.3 Account Registration
You must create an account to access our learning platform. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
2.4 Enrollment Confirmation
Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or approval of payment arrangements. We reserve the right to decline enrollment applications at our discretion.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Program Fees
Program fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are due according to the payment schedule provided at enrollment. Fees cover tuition, learning materials, and platform access for the program duration.
Additional costs such as textbooks, certification exams from external bodies, or optional workshops are separate unless specifically included in program descriptions.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, PayNow, and corporate invoicing arrangements. Payment plans may be available for qualified participants. All payment arrangements must be confirmed before program commencement.
3.3 Refund Policy
Withdrawal requests made more than 14 days before program start date: Full refund minus administrative fee of SGD $200
Withdrawal requests 7-14 days before start: 50% refund of program fees
Withdrawal requests less than 7 days before start or after program begins: No refund
Refunds are processed within 30 business days to the original payment method. We reserve the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment, offering full refunds or alternative program dates.
3.4 Late Payment
Installment payments must be received by due dates. Late payments may result in suspension of platform access until accounts are current. Outstanding balances may be referred to collection agencies.
4. Participant Responsibilities
4.1 Academic Integrity
You must complete all work independently unless group collaboration is explicitly permitted. Plagiarism, cheating, or unauthorized sharing of assessments violates our academic standards and may result in program dismissal without refund.
4.2 Attendance and Participation
Programs require minimum attendance levels for certification eligibility. You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, meeting assignment deadlines, and engaging constructively in discussions. Absences beyond allowed limits may affect certification.
4.3 Professional Conduct
Maintain respectful, professional behavior toward faculty, staff, and fellow participants. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from programs.
4.4 Accurate Information
Provide truthful, current information during enrollment and maintain updated contact details. Notify us promptly of any changes affecting your participation or eligibility.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Our Content
All course materials, lectures, videos, assessments, and other content remain the intellectual property of Elite Finance or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access content solely for personal educational purposes during program enrollment.
5.2 Prohibited Uses
You may not copy, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content without explicit written permission. Recording of live sessions without authorization is strictly prohibited.
5.3 Participant Work
You retain ownership of work you create during programs. By submitting assignments or projects, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use such work for educational purposes including assessment, curriculum improvement, and anonymized case studies.
5.4 Trademarks
"Elite Finance" and associated logos are our trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without written permission except to accurately describe your program participation on resumes or professional profiles.
6. Disclaimers and Limitations
6.1 Educational Services
Programs are provided "as is" for educational purposes. While we maintain high quality standards, we make no warranties regarding specific learning outcomes or career advancement. Professional success depends on multiple factors beyond our curriculum.
6.2 Career Outcomes
Career services provide support and connections but do not constitute employment offers. Job placement depends on individual qualifications, market conditions, and organizational needs beyond our control. We cannot guarantee specific career outcomes.
6.3 Platform Availability
We strive for continuous platform access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for disruptions affecting your ability to access content.
6.4 Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or program participation is limited to the fees you paid for the specific program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including lost profits or opportunities.
6.5 Third-Party Content
Programs may include content, tools, or resources from third parties. We are not responsible for accuracy, availability, or functionality of third-party materials. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
7. Termination
7.1 By Participant
You may withdraw from programs according to our refund policy outlined in Section 3.3. Withdrawal does not relieve you of payment obligations for fees already incurred.
7.2 By Elite Finance
We reserve the right to terminate your enrollment immediately for violations of these terms, academic dishonesty, non-payment, or conduct threatening program integrity. Termination for cause does not entitle you to refunds.
7.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination, your access to platform content and program materials ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, and dispute resolution survive termination.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Informal Resolution

8.2 Governing Law

We may modify these terms at any time by posting updated versions on our website. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated via email. Continued program participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
9.3 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be modified to reflect original intent while remaining enforceable.
9.4 No Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it subsequently. All rights and remedies are cumulative.
9.5 Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to successor entities or third parties.
